Meet Alex Strong, our Cascade Pest Control technician for the north Seattle, Shoreline and Lake Forest Park area. Alex started his pest management profession in DC, Maryland, and Virginia in 2016. He soon realized he enjoyed the work and meeting different people from all walks of life has a very enjoyable part of working in pest management. And of course, the satisfaction of solving a pest problem someone else couldn’t solve is a huge aspect of pest and rodent control.
“I try to always educate customers regarding pest control, trying to foster a sense of community,” Alex explains. “And I want to clear any stigma with our industry, showing that a responsibly trained exterminator will only have their residence’ and the surrounding environment’s best interest at heart.” People respond very well when they know the research that’s gone into pest control, particularly regarding rodent control and rodenticides.
Alex enjoys getting into the mountains almost every weekend. “Originally being from the Rockies, it just feels like home. And lately I’ve been heavily interested in getting out on the water and experience that part of nature as well.”
